Almelund Threshing Show

August 9, 10 & 11, 2019

The Almelund Threshing Show is Minnesota’s premier outdoor event for classic tractor and old-tyme farming fans.  Vintage equipment is not just on display but actually in use.  Children playground with farm animal petting area is available.   Largest flea market around – 0pen rain or shine.  Wear good walking shoes.   Food and beverages available on site.  Admission is $20 for all three days or $10 per day (MN sales tax included).

Three full days of attractions – including tractor pulls, parades and demonstrations.  It only happens once a year so don’t miss it!   Be close to the action – stay at our campground.  Camp sites are $10 per night.

Join our tractor caravan on Sunday, August 4th. Caravan info-19

Check out this year’s youth restoration tractor – a 1958 Cockshutt 540 and visit with the youth did the work.

The Almelund Threshing Show is organized by an all-volunteer non-profit group governed by a Board of Directors.

General Membership meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month starting in April.  Meetings are usually held in the Information building on the showgrounds.   Enter the showgrounds using the gate near the school house.   General membership meetings are not usually held in winter months.

Work days for upkeep of the showgrounds and general building maintenance are every Saturday until the show. If you are available to help, we would love to have you join us.  We start about 8:oo am and finish up late afternoon.  Lunch is provided.   We provide most tools or you can bring your own.
